Experience the transformative power of Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST), a healing practice that deeply impacts both body and mind. Primarily a relaxation technique, VST allows most individuals to quickly attain a state of tranquility, often within their very first session. As the soothing vibrations wash over you, your body will undergo noticeable changes, gently guiding you into deeper levels of rest.

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) is a healing practice that uses the powerful vibrations and soothing tones of singing bowls to promote relaxation and well-being. During a session, sound waves generated by the bowls penetrate the body, creating a calming effect that helps release tension and stress. Many clients report experiencing a deep sense of relaxation or entering a meditative state, which can lead to enhanced emotional clarity and overall wellness.

VST begins with our practitioner, Racie placing various singing bowls on or around the client’s fully clothed body, using specific techniques to create sound and vibration. As the bowls resonate, they produce a range of frequencies that interact with the body's own energy, helping to restore balance. This process encourages the body to let go of tension and fosters a sense of peace.

The sounds and vibrations are not only soothing but also resonate deeply within the body, promoting physical and emotional healing. This immersive experience allows for a unique connection between the practitioner and client, creating a supportive environment for healing and self-discovery. Overall, VST offers a profound way to tap into the therapeutic benefits of sound, helping individuals achieve a greater sense of calm and well-being.

"My daughter recently had a minor tailbone injury during one of her basketball practices and was experiencing pain on her lower back. We were recommended by Miss Racie, a physical therapist at Chicago Cryospa, to have her try Cryotherapy. After reading all of the benefits about cryotherapy, we were sold. The instant we got there my daughter and I were warmly greeted by Kendall and Mel and they thoroughly went over the whole process with us. It was our first time and my daughter was a little nervous as she didn't know what to expect. My daughter felt a little more relaxed after she found out that she can change into a comfy white robe and socks and was then taken into the chamber room. I was able to be with her the whole time which was cool. No pun intended ;) 3 minutes is the cryospa target time. We were told that you reap the full benefits by withstanding the extreme cold for the full 3 minutes - so my teen was determined. Mel kept her comfortable the whole time and talked to us about the process and my daughter enjoyed the pampering. She thought the raising chamber was fun and exciting and lo and behold, the 3 minutes was up. She did it! I'm writing this review a week after her first session and she had a 2nd session a couple days after - and it really helped her out! She is back to playing basketball and she is no longer complaining of any pain in her lower back. Thank you Chicago Cryospa for helping out my little athlete! Highly recommend! They also offer other services such as massage therapy and sound wave therapy so make sure you check them out! Awesome people and awesome services"!

"BEST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD! I came here through a friend's recommendation to see Racie for her healing capabilities. I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome and had been experiencing pain in my left glute for close to 4 months straight. I let Racie work her magic on me in a 90 minute myofascial massage. It honestly was like a therapy session as I left feeling so much lighter and a week later my pain was completely gone. Racie healed me! I've had several massages with her since (including sound vibration therapy) and sing her praises to everyone. I've had a lot of massages in my life and have never felt loyal to one person or place until now. I will only go to Racie"!!
